The receptionist demeanor was unpleasant and kind of off putting, with a condescending tone. She wasn’t helpful at all. Wasn’t trying to assist with eyewear that’s in my price range with my insurance. She asked for medical which wasn’t cashed for & when my card was expired. Even tho the transaction went through. Didn’t ask for the 3 numbers on the back. I ended up asking for my prescription so that I can get it filled elsewhere. Won’t be back. Going where ppl like doing their job.
I had my cataract surgery and it was fantastic after 2 years I started having some problems so they diagnosed the problem fixed it up and I can't thank them enough my eyes are perfect.
If you want a copy of medical records, you better go get them yourself. They don't answer the phone and they don't return calls. They must be sleeping on the job while collecting a paycheck. Sad!!
