I requested an appointment thru the website a little over a month ago and received a confirmation email stating someone would be in touch. 32 days later I sent another request and received the same email. I called the rush mychart for a different issue and they asked me about my referral to the eye doctor and I stated that I had not received a call back and they transferred me to the office phone number. Rosin Eyecare is one of the best optical stores around. I have been to several other stores in different neighborhoods; however, this is my favorite one and it is definitely not close for me (I am willing to travel for the service and product). The store is always well-organized, clean, and offers some of the latest designs in eyeware. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several doctors and they are all very good. Fully unacceptable treatment from this location. They gave me another patients prescription. When I called from the glasses shop to ask for my prescription the receptionist is rude, communicated poorly, disconnected me. Never apologized for the mistake or took responsibility for the situation. Said she would try to get the prescription to me in half an hour. 45 minutes later I’m sitting in this store, still no prescription, and now they have turned their phone off.
