Jennil was knowledgeable, caring and helpful! I worked with Jennil on ordering rigid gas permeable contact lenses. With the challenges of having a -5.25 near-sided prescription coupled with a the challenge the aging new founded far-sided vision. She was so helpful in ordering the multi-focal contact lenses. I picked them up from her today and I can see perfectly!

Took my child in for a check-up, and we were very impressed. The team was organized and professional, and the doctor (Dr. Lauren Barber) had a wonderful way of talking directly to my child. My kid felt at ease, and we both understood the results clearly. Excellent service! Thank you Rosin Eyecare! We will be back next year. :)
Dr. Barber was very kind and helped me out with contacts in a pinch! Very clean and nice place, I had a great experience!
Horrible customer service. I was given 2 prescriptions, without being informed and essentially the one that was filled by a different retail eyewear store, never worked for me. After waiting for my eyes to adjust, I went back and experienced a poor the level of care & service. I was told I’d need to pay for another exam. Also, was told there were no exam openings until the following week, but there were same day openings online. The front end needs coaching in customer service.
