TLDR; There was a clear, deliberate effort to hide the fact that the contacts given to me during my exam were not covered by my insurance. Rewind to 2 weeks ago: I walk in, hand over my insurance info, and fill out all of the intake forms. I made it clear that I was worried about insurance so I wasn’t going to buy any glasses/contacts that day, but I did need to do a contact fitting along with my normal eye exam. Incredible service as always!
My review is echoing many before mine. While Dr. Purier was comprehensive and kind, the administrative staff caused me to leave this practice in tears multiple times. Most recently, I was avoiding picking up my glasses for months because of past experiences, and this trip ended the same way- I was told if my glasses were any tighter they’d pinch me (they are sliding off my face as I write this.)
