The worst, unresponsive staff I have ever dealt with. They play games with patient care and do not take requests seriously. I would recommend anywhere else but here.
The eye exam was great and had terrific help picking out new frames. My experience went down hill after the first day. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2-2 1/2 weeks. I called to check on my glasses after two weeks and was told I should have been told up to 4 weeks for delivery. I called back after 4 weeks and was told that lots of people were ordering glasses because it was the end of the year. I then received a text saying my glasses were delayed and to call for more info. Rosin Eyecare was bought last year if I recall correctly and the service went from good (it was never excellent) to just bad. The day of my eye exam, I was given wrong estimated prices despite of the location having my history from over 6 years of being this location customer; and I mean a price difference of 30-40%.
