Horribly rude.
I'm only giving 2 stars because my husband's experience was positive, unlike mine. That's the reason I decided to go with Rosin for the 1st time. I've been waiting to get my glasses since March 27th. I called about 2-3 times to check and each time I get an innacurate estimate on when they'll be coming in. If I'm paying $371.91 for glasses (aside from what my insurance is covering), I should at least get acceptable service, instead of spending more than 1 month of my warranty waiting for glasses to arrive. Wondetful
University student here. I was planning on heading to a different local eye care center for a glasses adjustment. I stumbled by this place on my way to my destination and gave it a try- the receptionist was very kind and so was the woman who adjusted my glasses! It took less than 10 minutes total and at the end she insisted I don't pay anything- it is a free service even though I don't use them as my eye care provider!
