Dr. Ross is a great doctor, but there is one reason that I continue to visit this place: Shanell. Ms. Shanell is one of the support staff who is incredibly knowledgeable about glasses, the insurance process and prescriptions. More importantly, she is the kindest person in the store, treating everyone with respect. I am a black mom and the male support staff employees have not treated me with respect. I had a great experience here. I came in because my glasses were sitting unevenly due to a slight difference in ear height, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to adjust the frame carefully so that it now sits level and feels much more comfortable. The whole process was quick, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I really appreciated how patient and thoughtful they were. Highly recommend!
I just returned home after my appointment at Rosin Eyecare. I hadn’t been to an appointment since the pandemic and what compounded my hesitation was a terrible experience at a competitor Tropical Optical. I was initially impressed by the ease of getting an appointment. This extended to calling to insure my insurance was honored. But the best part was the appointment.
