I came in, I told the receptionist I had an appointment... She stared for several seconds and asked "umm, what's your name?" Like, duh, why haven't you said it yet? In that 'Sor-ray, not Sor-ray' type of voice... Not, "and your name is" Or " name and date of birth" "Can I get your name?" Meanwhile her crazy Caterpillar eyelash was about to fall off her head...
