The doctor is outstanding but her staff is tarnishing her image. It is difficult to get someone to actually answer the phone. When you leave a message, don’t expect a return phone call. Contacts will take two plus weeks to come in. I had the office order a contact refill a when I opened my last 30 day set. However, they ordered the wrong prescription. The doctor was on point but she definitely needs to get rid of all 4 employees that sit around and do absolutely nothing. Instead of sitting around, that place should be spotless. The entry rugs, floors and in general the whole store was filthy. I spent $850+ and felt like I was being serviced by clueless Middle School trainees. I WILL NOT RETURN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!
Unfriendly experience very tiny cramped place female eye doctor was rude to me and didn't want to take my Blue Cross Community insurance wish I never would have went to this place ruined my day
Michael Rivas was great from beginning all the way until the end. He was very professional and helped me and my daughter pick out the perfect glasses!! Thanks Mike!
