Hello reader. This was a great place. The young attending gentleman optician (and later eyewear consultant) was very patient and professional, even with me being a morning mope. The gentle lady optometrist was fantastic. Both had exemplary communication, kind communication, and exceptional execution of their duties. The exam was lengthy, thorough, and well-worth-it (best I've seen in ages). NOT HAPPY. I came in for my eye exam December 17, 2024, and to date, NO ONE, has contacted me regarding the status, even with MULTIPLE contacts to check the status.....SMH!!!!!!!
I would like to thank Dr. Szklarski and staff for their professionalism and kindness during my examination. As a senior citizen on a fixed income with Medicare supplement insurance I was treated with respect and a caring attitude. Dr. Szklarski exam was very thorough, not rushed, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Szklarski.
The staff is impolite, the hours open are limited, and I’m constantly facing issues with orders, making appointments over the phone, or if the staff bother to even answer the phone calls. Would not recommend.
No matter how poor the service level is at your current provider… this place will make you want to go back. Getting a hold of anyone is a mission. They are expensive and lack any amount of equipment to do anything but a basic exam.
