Over the top service ,they go out of their way to help you. Best florist in Southeast MO.
They were so kind over the phone and the arrangement turned out beautifully! They didn't give me a character limit for my message with the flowers which was nice. I called in the morning and the flowers were delivered that afternoon. Will definitely go with Rosie's posies in the future again
