I received a perm elsewhere and it turned out very bad in a panic. I called all around and was referred by the owner of tranquility salon to Rosie's salon in festus Missouri. She got me in gave me a cut and I was able to work with the perm I had received. Thank you Rosie for your 50 years of service and making women feel beautiful
