Rosie was such a delight to work with. Closer to the wedding I had a major vision change and Rosie had no problems shifting. Communication was clear, easy, and quick. More importantly, those that had the cake absolutely RAVED about it. Vendors in the industry will recommend Rosie. It seems like she is the best in the business.
Rosie made my wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious! It is the best cake I've ever had. Rosie helped us pick out two flavors. We did the chocolate mocha chip with white chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache, and the bridal white with buttercream. The cakes were moist and both flavors were divine. This was the best wedding cake I have ever had! The taste was amazing and the decor was out of this world. We heard comments from wedding guests all evening about how fantastic the cake was. Rosey is incredibly talented! I would highly recommend her for any cakes.
