Awesome Brownies! Rosie's Bakery is a very good bakeshop located convieniently in South Station. Though the cakes, cookies, brownies and other goodies are prepared acrossed town in Rosie's official kitchen, they always look too fresh to pass up when you pass by the treats in the glass case here. Rosie does not skimp on butter or cream so dieter's beware- however these fresh full-fat ingredients equal awesome flavor in all the goodies here. Rosie's really understands the proper place of butter, sugar and other delicious ingredients in our lives. Maybe we shouldn't over-indulge in sweets, but -- my opinion -- there's nothing better than a slice of cake to turn an afternoon or evening into a celebration. The quality is consistently great at Rosies (and has been for decades), and if South Station is a convenient location for you, go for it!
