I arrived 30 minutes before opening for a full set to make sure that I was in and out quickly. When they finally opened, the first person that could actually do nails didn't show up for another 25 minutes. she went straight to the other customer. I was passed over and over again. Didn't leave for almost 4 hours!!!... Rosie Nails does a Great job on nails, but if you aren't an establised client, be prepared to WAIT.
First, you MUST have an appointment. Second, you MUST be white. I made appointment twice and was passed over for a white customer. My money is green just like them.
