Rosie's is absolutely the best place to get a manicure or pedicure. Unlike most nail salons in the area, they do not rush you in and out like you are on a factory line. They take great care in their work. My gel manicures literally last me 3 weeks and they are perfection. I got my nails done here for my wedding--that's how much I trust their quality. Awful! Unprofessional, dishonest and they pile on the charges without asking. The place is not that clean and the manicurist fight with each other. There are several other salons in the Palisades, this is a strip mall type of establishment with extremely poor nail results.
