All of my prenatal appointments went well and she was very kind. Then I got to week 37 and she did a cervical check where I was 5cm dilated and 70% effaced and instead of admitting me then and there she chose to send me home knowing I lived 45 minutes away from the hospital (without traffic) and joked that she would be surprised if she saw me at the next appointment. Very prejudice practice definitely treat you differently if you don’t have the best insurance. Dr.Pham or Phan is by far the most condescending doctor I’ve ever encountered she showed no interest in my pregnancy mind you this was my first child. She asked me the same questions each time I had a check up like each check up was my first. Gave me no information about any of my lab or blood test on when or where to take them or how to prepare for them. Excellent physician that addressed all my needs and medical concerns.
I only have good things to say about Dr. Monardo. She listens and cares like no other doctor I had in the past. The personnel working at the office is also highly professional.
