I have ever spent the worst experience with this loan officer.Really Bad Customer service .I feel that she didn’t know how to respect the customer.She try to post advertising on facebook a lot to find customers.But when I contact her to watch my case .She never reply ,ask me to wait many times and never call back to answer my questions.Wasting a lot of time with this Loan Officer.Not recommended !
