We called Rosick Well Drilling due to issues we were having at our rental home with the well and air in our lines. The crew was amazing! From the people we spoke with on the phone to the crew who came out to the house everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Once they found out we had renters arriving that weekend they made sure the issues were fixed and everything was in working order. The warranty I purchased for my coach stated that the seam coming apart is not covered.warranty says it covers and sales rep encouraged the purchase for just that reason.

They arrived on time and were able to expertly navigate a difficult roughed-in driveway to access the drilling area. Their skill and attention to detail were clear from start to finish. Great company, Joe and Derek showed up immediately after a cancellation without notice (after a 3 day wait) and diagnosed/fixed the problem in minutes and then did the little things to make sure everything was performing well. Friendly and professional Now 2024 we had a well pump fail. The team showed up and we were back in business in an hour. The efficiency and professionalism was beyond impressive.
