Dr. Patel was very professional. She actively listened during my new patient appointment. I was happy with the quality of care & service.
Lied about my insurance and charged me unexpected service fee 3 months later I would give them 0 star
Dr. Patel is great! She is very kind and will take the time to listen to you and give her honest opinion. She will treat you respectfully and answer any questions you have. I went in for a new patient appointment and had some issues going on, she gathered my family history and was attentive to the problems I was having. I feel comfortable having her as my doctor. I am so blessed to have found her. She listens to you and does not rush in and out.Very happy with the Dr. and staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel .
She did not bother to show up for our appointment. She sent in the PA when I specifically requested and expected her as I had many questions for Dr. Patel. It also doesn't help that all other staff seems extremely cold and uninterested in helping anyone or anything. I will be changing doctors as it seems this one can't handle the patients she already has.
