I came here because of the great reviews but my experience was not 5 stars. I walked in and asked if I needed an appointment. Barely looking at me she responds “yea and we’re booked for the day.” Then proceeds to look back at her computer. She didn’t even offer to let me book on another day or ask what service I wanted nothing! Awful customer service! I don’t care how many stars they have I won’t give my money to rude people. Awful front desk customer service!
Roshna is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years—she has artistry, is quick, and gentle as well as kind and super resourceful when it comes to supporting your individual needs! Highly recommend her for eyebrows and more!
Absolutely the best service offered in the Gwinnett county area very clean very detail oriented great customer service skill!
