The receptionist was nice & polite. She allowed me to sit for as long as needed. My ride was caught up in the Houston traffic which having me to wait longer after seeing Dr Garcia for my initial visit. She even offered me water & the use of their phone charger while I waited. That made me feel comfortable. Dr Garcia was thorough about the next step if my crown should come off again. At least, I know what to expect. By the way, this was my first visit there.
I like the place. It’s close to my house and the staff are all nice and professional . Crystal the hygienist cleaned my teeth thoroughly. She’s really good and very professional. I like her. Maria explained thoroughly all insurance stuff well. Dr. Cabrera answered all my questions . I definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Dana the Dental Assistant did a fantastic job. She was very professional and took great care of my husband. She made him feel comfortable at the Dentist! 👏👏
