Dr Patel is fantastic. All 5 stars!!. His surgical staff is just as good all 5 stars. Not the follow up staff tho!! I have called to get a follow up appointment over 3 times and left message with the lady that answers calls for UCI. . Even wrote a message thru the UCI portal and i have not got a response. Even if they don't know when the appointment will be they could ask the Dr. Or call me back and say we haven't got a response back from the Dr. We will check again and call you back as to what he says. Saw Dr. Patel today for the first time. I was so scared when we started talking about surgery. I got very emotional but he did his best to let me know that he was gonna take great care of me during my surgeries. Great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Patel
I came to Dr. Patel with a complicated case of kidney stones. Dr. Patel performed surgery that went perfectly. Dr. Patel is an amazingly gifted surgeon, a gentle man, and a gentleman. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
