We rude guy with a zero level of respect to the customer
Came in for a Veloster Turbo catalytic converter and the wrong one was brought out twice. Wasn’t even for the same trim he brought cats for a non turbo Veloster and he even tried telling me that they were the right cats! I tell him I’m trying to buy cats because the 1st owner never put them back on after smog and now I have to smog it. He told me $450 on Marketplace and never mentions anything about a core fee, but when I get there in person he asks me if I have the cats and there’s $150 core fee! Helpful good part not cheap though
I purchased rear shocks for my 2016 Honda Civic EX to find out that the shocks were in worse condition than the ones that were on the car so I went to return the shocks (150 miles round trip) When I returned them, I asked them if we can lower the restocking fee percentage due to them, giving me blown shocks and me having to travel that far once again. The receptionist said there was nothing that they were able to do When clearly they sold me faulty parts and did not own up to it. So there was nothing else I can do but except... read more
The only reason I’m giving this place three star review it was only because at least they had the parts I needed Their customer service and their prices are definitely not the best
