I purchased rear shocks for my 2016 Honda Civic EX to find out that the shocks were in worse condition than the ones that were on the car so I went to return the shocks (150 miles round trip) When I returned them, I asked them if we can lower the restocking fee percentage due to them, giving me blown shocks and me having to travel that far once again. Don't waste your time or money here because when you call on the phone she says one price, when you arrive she says it's 100% wrong, I didn't say that, she lies and doesn't blush
