Horrible experience. I was recommended to come here for an ultrasound by my midwives. I made and confirmed the appointment 4 times, over phone twice, email, and text. Only to show up and NOBODY FROM ROSH IS HERE. Nobody can perform my ultrasound. The calls all go to a call center, not an actual office person and nobody has any idea what is going on. I had a wonderful experience with this practice—they delivered both of my babies, and I always felt I was in great hands. A big reason I kept coming back is their ultrasound tech, Inna. She’s professional, efficient, and has a calming presence that made every visit so much more comfortable. I highly recommend this office, especially because of her!

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk at this gynecology office. When I scheduled my appointment on a Tuesday, I specifically asked the receptionist if there was anything available the next day (Wednesday). She told me there was nothing available and that the soonest appointment was Thursday at 1 PM that same week. However, I never received any confirmation text, email, or reminder about the appointment.
