I have worked with Betty the owner and she is simply the BEST massage therapist there is. If you recd a poor massage then you should have said something to her. I have never been cut short on any massage. I have tried other massage therapist and so have my friends and once they have gone to her they say the same thing. She is the BEST! I recommend them for sure!

My experience at rosewood was poor. My massage was cut short by twenty minutes (paid for a 90 minute massage and received 70 minutes) and my requested area i wanted massaged (my feet and neck) were not massaged or massaged briefly. I will definately not go back to this place again, and will not reccomend this place to anyone. there are to many massage places in hamilton to go, to stay with this one and receive the poor quality massage that this one gave me.
