Do not rent here, and certainly not your older relatives. They are disrespectful, and discriminating. If they like you, do as they say, you are OK. They accuse you of things verbally, but show no proof of the complaints. It's their way or the highway. Not liked, or file a complaint, no renewal of lease.

Rosewood - lovely name but it more or less ends there. As far as activities go it is good if your life is sewing, knitting etc. But after living to be 78 I find that there is still more to life. Place is crowded with over weight matrons many who think they are divas and walk around looking down their noses and complaining about every little thing that bothers them. Been living here for over 3 years and I find my neighbors very hospitable and fun to be around. Management is friendly and hospitable, it seems like they always have time to listen to your problems and needs both for your apartment and the whole complex. Maintenance is prompt and easy to get. Lots of parking. A nice park like area that is surrounded by the complex.
