RecommendedVery nice accommodation and location. Rooms are nicely appointed and cozy!
Great location, amazing staff, awesome room. We were within walking distance to everything so we didn't use our car once so we were able to leave it in the parking lot and not worry about that. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating with breakfast being able to meet dietary restrictions. One staff member even brought up a list of vegan friendly restaurants and they were always happy to recommend places. People is very helpful, the breakfast is moderately tasty, the theme of the rooms is old victorian style so they are quite unique. My family has a pleasant time here.
The room was great but the help was even better! The location was perfect, three blocks to the downtown area. Two blocks to the empress hotel and Beacon park. Great place that I would recommend to anyone.
We knew that the fees were in US dollars so we're okay with that. Wish we could have checked In a little earlier, over all friendly staff,very clean room. Satisfied customer.
I called the Inn to ask why they had been charged in US funds, the lady I spoke with - Sophie - said, "It is well published on our website that all our locations charge in US funds." I indicated that I was on their website and could not find that, and could she tell me where to find that information. She replied, "I make minimum wage and I can't help you with that." And she hung up. That's nice. Sounds like a place I would recommend TO NO ONE EVER.
