Furniture are nice looking. Made us pay in full, delivered two wrong pieces after 5 months wait. Promised to come and get them. Never showed up. When finally managed to get them on the phone, they argued that the delivery was right!!

Great experience, excellent customer service, as an out of province customer the process was made simple, communication top notch. The bed was packed like glass with prompt shipping. Quality furniture real wood that looks absolutely beautiful.

Smit, at Rosewood Home and Condo, was very helpful assisting us with our order. We bought furniture and linens for our cabins, and we are extremely happy with our choices and can't wait to see how it all fits together in our cabins. Smit was also very patient as he waited for us to make decisions, and helpful with his suggestions.
