Bad upkeep.....
Went for a meeting in their community bldg. Tenants I spoke with like the development.
Have lived in our home for 14 months. Ordered it from Skyline homes. Took almost almost 10 months from ordering to moving in ,and then many things were undone like fence. Even after contacting sales agent and corporate offices for Skyline about defects in home like hole in laundry room floor took another 3 months to have factory repairs done.
