I lived here 3 years it's a building on the edge of a park in a small town with one grocery store. small one bedroom apartments. worst possible on-site management. the first couple of years it was great for me and my dog and then went downhill. In the entire 3 years I lived at that place they came into my apartment 37 times or more. 11 times just sticking the key in the door and opening it no knock. the rest no 24 hour notice required by state statute and Hud regulations. if you defy the manager or tell him his actions are i... read more
It is always a pleasure to work with the Manager & Case Manager to assist the residents of Rock Rapids. Very affordable apartments. They truly care about their tenants and go the extra mile. Very easy to work with- their only expectations are honesty & accountability
if you like drama this is the one for you..they treat you like a kid they overchargede for damage deposit ...always flooding due to bad pipes it's a mess
It's a beautiful building that sits in a gigantic Park. The apartments are nice with lots of windows. On-site management selectively enforces the rules. The lobby and entryway to the apartment building look like a skid row dump.. The town of Rock Rapids itself has one grocery store and beautiful parks and is a 40 minute drive to Sioux Falls. With the exception of very poor on-site management it's a wonderful place to live and affordable. There are market rate apartments and also HUD assisted rent for seniors over 62.
