I was up there with a full chicken patty and cutlery in my pocket for my father, they called the cops on me trespassing me and told my husband I’m lucky I didn’t get arrested because I threatened her. My husband knows I would never use a weapon or put anyone in danger and I’m a peaceful person asked her how and there was silence. Do not send your loved one here. Ours fell and had two black eyes and had feces and urine all over her and no one ever called to let us know anything. This is a pathetic place that needs to be shut down. Total neglect of the elderly, I will be looking into a lawyer for elder abuse.

The director of patient experience (Justin Manley) is amazing! They truly care about the residents and their families. Anytime we had a question or concerns, they listened and acted quickly to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell they really want the best for everyone here. Their kindness and professionalism make a big impact in the day to day experience at the facility.
