Have always been treated by all staff members and Pathology nurse with respect, seriousness and compassion. Never have myself or my children ever felt uncomfortable, rushed or felt a bother and have always had our concerns and issues answered/taken seriously and have never been made to feel stupid for any concerns/questions/peice of mind question/query, since going to Rosewood General Practice since 2022. All receptionists, nurses, doctors and Pathology nurse are amazing. Highly recommend Rosewood General Practice.
Always efficient and professional a pleasure to attend
I have been a patient here for a year and a half. I wouldn't go to another surgery. When you walk in, you are greeted by the beautiful receptionists, always friendly and you are reminded that you are important. The doctors are amazing, thoughtful and actually care. I never feel like I am on a process line and another face. The nurses are incredible and take the time to speak with you, always available for a mental health check in.
