The worst medical appointment experience I have ever endured. I wasn’t told who I was seeing at my first visit to the practice. After a lengthy wait, I was called in and the Dr didn’t even introduce themself. I then proceeded to say why I was there, offering medication samples of scripts I needed (I was originally with Willowbank Medical practice which has now closed).
