My advice would be to hire your own landscaper to do the yard (finish grading, lay sod, etc.) and negotiate your home price accordingly. Admittedly, they built a beautiful home. Could not possibly recommend. Calling the sheriff’s department in response to a negative review is an unnecessary waste of taxpayer resources and reflects poorly. Simply repair the issues. Rosewood development company does not stand by their word. To this day, the warranty repairs have not been completed Very disappointing
The overall experience with Rosewood has been great. In the spirit of open honesty, there was a good bit that didn’t go to plan or wasn’t correct. That happens! It’s no different than spending a premium on a vehicle and there being some issues that need to be fixed.
