I would not recommend Rosewood Development Company as a builder. My home has had ongoing construction defects that should never occur in new residential construction—especially at this price point. Before closing we had issues with the grading and drainage that rosewood said that would address unfortunately we discovered drainage and grading issues around the foundation were not addressed at all.
