My 88 year old mom got her nails done for her birthday. She is legally blind yet they put her in a very dark room, they didnt offer her tea or coffe or even water. She was there for an hour with the nail tech who didnt talk so there was uncomfortable silence. Her nails were fine but she didnt get the complimentary nail file and it cost 120 with tip. Totally not worth it. Will not be back.
I was a guest at the hotel and booked a signature manicure as I was attending a special event. My nails had been neglected for ages and my cuticles almost needed their own postcode. Let me tell you this was the most thorough and THE BEST cuticle work I have ever experienced and I am so impressed with the skill and care that I received. Recommend for sure!
They advertise closing at 6pm I called when they opened at 9am and again at 3 they said they will be closing early today and won’t take anyone they also don’t have RMT I even asked for a facial anything really and they prefer to leave work early rather than take a customer
Horrible experience that will be my last. I received an eyebrow wax that was the equivalent of a buzz cut to my poor brows that will take months to grow out when I specifically asked for them just to be cleaned up. While the esthetician didn't charge me for it, I paid $100 (including tip) for a terrible shellac manicure that didn't even last a full week before it started chipping.
