We have lived here for 9 years. In the last few years I have seen a decline in the quality of management significantly. On New Years Eve they had our third car towed. It was in working order and we started it weekly to ensure it stayed that way. It is our “what if” car. We didn’t drive it very often but it was listed as ours in our file. I recently reviewed this place & told the truth about how it really is. Rosewood reported my post and got it taken down. So here is attempt number two. Firstly, I have a service animal. I provided all the needed paperwork upon move in and haven't had an issue about it since August. Horrible place to live the girls on the office get into personal business. They lie and they change the prices a lot. Horrible apartments inside, there are not any light inside of the room you have to go out and buy your own personal lamps
I love living here, the landlord is always there for us to help us and talk even if we just want to chat she just listens. The maintenance guys are really nice and always help us with our problems. The apartment we live is is really nice as well
