Home is truly what you make of it. I stay to myself and mind my business.. if you can do that then you can make it anywhere, i"ve lived here for several years and personally haven't had any major issues, everybodies experience may not be the same but I also live on the calmer side of the complex One thing I appreciate is the newer splash pad near the leasing office, which is great for families during the summer. Depending on the area that your apartment/house is in..I can only speak on my side..if your by the rental office or the school then your fine..i"ve been here a couple years and haven't had any issues. When I needed maintenance they have came out..they have responded to any issues I have had. I mind my business..stay to myself..if you don't bother anybody then nobody will bother you. So far it"s been peaceful living here. They keep up with the lawn care. I have even seen them cleaning behind the dumpsters on my side..someone ... read more

Apartments are nice from the remodel but crime has gotten worst. Teens go around and damage property. My car has gotten scratched up and dented multiple times ever since we were relocated for the remodel. Trash is everywhere. When you talk to the property manager, you’ll get told there’s not much they can do other than you calling the police which I understand for the most part. However, when you do call said police, they also say there’s nothing they can do. We initially decided to move out but then had to cancel the move. ... read more
