Depending on the area that your apartment/house is in..I can only speak on my side..if your by the rental office or the school then your fine..i"ve been here a couple years and haven't had any issues. When I needed maintenance they have came out..they have responded to any issues I have had. I mind my business..stay to myself..if you don't bother anybody then nobody will bother you. I rode passed this apartment it seems so nice to live here so lam trying to get apartment where l can get to apply
Apartments are nice from the remodel but crime has gotten worst. Teens go around and damage property. My car has gotten scratched up and dented multiple times ever since we were relocated for the remodel. Trash is everywhere. When you talk to the property manager, you’ll get told there’s not much they can do other than you calling the police which I understand for the most part. However, when you do call said police, they also say there’s nothing they can do. We initially decided to move out but then had to cancel the move. ... read more
Very nice house! The crime is horrible and the teens steal cars and break in houses. The area was better when they first did the re build 2 years ago now its a mess. People's yards look nasty i barley let my children play outside. Takes forever to get any repairs done it didn't use to be like this. Police outside neighbors fighting. Need bettter reinforcement their letting a great place go to waste.
