Very poor service who did my facial. My son gave me birthday gift coupon. The person didn’t massage my face at all, didn’t remove any black or white heads from face. I talked to desk person and was told that the manager will call me. I haven’t received any call from manager since December 4 even I called the store twice. That’s was wastage of $200 that my son gave me as birthday present. I hope the manager calls me after reading this review.
Bith ladies where wonderful. The massage was awesome and relaxing. The hydra facial wasn't what i was expecting. It was ok but I wouldn't get it again.
Upon retirement I received a $500. spa gift certificate. I did some research and decided to support local and booked a day at Rosewater, a package valued at $545. When I called to schedule the day I informed the receptionist that I had a gift certificate and she acknowledged that was fine. Let me start by saying the massage itself was wonderful! But my experience was not as expected. On the website, under Spa Etiquette, the recommendation is to arrive 15 minutes early to have time to change into a robe and relax before services. I arrived 12 minutes early and there was no offer of a robe or to store my belongings in a locker as is standard at high-quality day spas.
