Thank you to the ladies in the service department for today. Thank you to the mechanic for squeezing in our car today as we were travelling from Adelaide to Wallaroo when a emergency warning came up while driving.
Unfortunate I feel like I have to do this, went in for a service, and smoke while driving, got it back with sooty grease all over the quarter panels that doesn’t come off with brake cleaner. Also having an issue while driving of it blowing white smoke, told me they cleaned the glow plugs… okay, that’s a new one.. and that “I’m not glowing it properly”, but it starts fine no smoke then, it’s while driving, told them that, they didn’t seem to listen or understand.
We are The Mellicks from Tasmania and after retiring some 6 years ago we have been pulling our 23’ caravan behind our 2014 Pajero GLX-R 3.2DT Wagon around Australia through 3,256 towns over some 238,987 kms of roads for the past 5 years. We have the Pajero serviced regularly and know what good service is, we have been stuck for weeks (7 being the longest) waiting on parts but not here in Kadina SA at Rosewarne Mitsubishi. Tried to get work done, not interested in my car because it's not a brand new one
Car booked for a service first thing in the morning. Waited 3hours…told them I had a meeting for work in which I was provided my car back half washed and left me to drive it through the service area out to the street. Slight WHS concern there!!! Charged $95 for replacement of windscreen wiper blades
