I brought three Specialized e-bikes in for software update and one for new brake pads and Tyson took care of it while I waited. You could not ask for a better bike shop. I highly recommend.
Every time I come to this establishment the staff always goes above and beyond to help. The service manager and his team are the real deal and know what they’re doing. They are honest, fair, and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.
