This is a review of the service department. Mike was awesome to deal with start to finish. Had other dealerships and mechanics in the area just butcher my bike (that’s another story) so working with a quality service department was refreshing. Highly recommend these guys. I’ll be bringing all my bikes to Roseville Motorsports from here on out.
I had went in a few weeks ago for the first time and had great service with the gentleman help in clothing and helmets choices. I thought the place was cool and helpful so i took my bike that i just bought to get basic service i had asked for oil change and small Maintence only. I dropped my bike off Saturday morning and was told it would be ready for pick up Tuesday , Wednesday morning the latest well come Wednesday i get a text thinking it’s ready for pickup just to find out it’s a work order and they haven’t even started ... read more
Took my 21 zx6 for an 8k service this weekend, got my bike back and I swear the bikes never pulled so hard, even from the day I bought it 5 years ago. Tristan, thank you man! I can’t recommend this place enough, they always help me out with whatever I need. As long as I live here I’ll never take my bike anywhere else.
