Kia Roseville's service department is amazing. Isaiah Giron was my service advisor and kept me updated daily as they completed warranty work on my car and provided me with a loaner in the meantime. Car came back good as new. While i hope nothing breaks on my car again, I know Kia will take care of it and honor the warranty no questions asked.
This place has gotten really bad! The last 4 times I have come for scheduled maintenance I leave and within a couple days or less my check engine light comes on. One of the times my oil light came on indicating I needed more oil after I had just had my oil changed days earlier. Yesterday, I came in for service and was told my car would be ready by a certain time. I wanted to leave a review on here and recognize the great service I have been getting at Roseville KIA Service Department -Especially Calvin O. He has gone above and beyond helping me with my car issues. The whole team is amazing (Cory & Ken) and I could tell they have great teamwork! I hope Calvin gets the recognition he deserves! With this service department we are in great hands!
We took our Kia EV in for service. Our windshield washer bottle would not hold fluid. It was still under warrantee. The service dept checked it out and apparently rodents had eaten through the rubber hoses. They said it would cost $697 and it was not covered under warrantee, and charged us $220 to do nothing. Apparently Kia uses materials in this car that rodents like to eat. So now I wonder......do they also like the rubber that is protecting the electrical wiring on this car? I went for my service! I almost brought a newer car! But we'll see! They've always been so helpful! They work with you! Weston informed me about everything. I had a lot questions! They were all answered!
