I had an appointment for my second service scheduled today, and I had to wait almost two weeks because they were fully booked. I called beforehand to confirm, only to find out they had never actually scheduled me. The person on the phone had to override the system to fit me in. While on the call, I also asked to confirm the pricing for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection, specifying my exact vehicle model when asked. David was very helpful and show us exactly what we were looking for, nice guy
Nothing unexpected. If you buy a car here, expect your relationship ends there. Every service is overpriced. You are up sold on the services and have to guard against every step. When you go in your wait for a long time with no reason, but to can't leave cause you need something done. Ridiculous. Find your trusted mechanic, for us Meritage in Auburn, and stick with them...forever.
