Great experience. My bike was handled with care, quick, and friendly staff.
These guys are absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. They are kind, professionals, straightforward, caring, and experts in their field. They went out of their way to help a man who has endured so much this past year and they barely know him. This man needed a break, and the one thing that brings him joy (his 2021 Can Am Spyder RT Limited) was down and out. The bill could have been hundreds more if not thousand’s. I don’t think it would have gotten paid…..and these guys worked it out for him. They put tears in his eyes ... read more
Rude people working there
Steven in Parts Dept. answered on first ring, had the vintage Honda part in stock, and was very helpful. He queued me up for tire service on other side of store, but it was very disappointing. Service help preoccupied for 30 minutes with one customer doing research on computer. Never acknowledged me for a simpke tire drop-off, so I walked 30 min later. 5 star for parts. 1 star for Service.
