I took my car in to be serviced on July 22nd for an A/C issue. The technicians there incorrectly diagnosed the problem and switched out a part that needed not to be repaired; I was charged in the thousands for a service that didn’t even fix the issue at hand. 7 days later, I came back with the car, since the same issue came back, where they proclaimed that the issue was now another part that they did not check, which somehow passed their own routine inspection. I thought I needed an oil change but it turned out I was looking at an old notification so I do not need it yet. Did I however need an upgrade on my radio which they did plus all the other points they checked which came out fine except the tires I already knew about. It feels good to know everything is working well. However I do need a new tires.
Bought my car here and was a great experience as the salesmen were all pretty accommodating and gave me the deal I wanted. Plenty to choose from too both new and used. Ben and Moe were a pleasure to work with and did their very best to meet my needs. I even got new back brakes and an alignment even though the vehicle was out of its warranty (I ended up getting an extended drive train warranty anyway) for future protection at a very reasonable price. I took my new Corvette in for an oil change on 7/8/25. I had called 3 different dealerships and received an estimate of $195-$200. When I called Roseville Chevrolet, I spoke to Freddy who told me he had to check to see if they had the oil filter for a Z06 (which they did) before telling me it's "about $200" for the service. When I got there, Freddy was tied up, but another service writer (I think Derrick) said he would write it up and give Freddy credit for it.
