Robert the service advisor was great. Car was done in a timely manner. Then came the incident that everyone regrets. I heard Stephen called. Well there was 2 Stevens or Stephen’s. A gentleman went up and signed papers and the keys well looked like mine. He signed My papers and got my keys. They never asked him for last name and he didn’t ready the papers.
