Customer Service is nonexistent. After trying numerous times to explain to "D" that she did not have the right account information for the account she was calling about, I finally asked why I was getting an attitude. She exploded at that point screaming at me and not letting me get a word in at all. I was simply trying to explain she had the wrong account information.
