I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the doctors and staff at this office—everyone is professional, caring, and attentive. However, my issue is with whoever answers the phone for scheduling. I recently called to reschedule an appointment, and Jules who answered was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I tried calling back, I got no answer—despite calling four times. Jules is very rude and I don’t know how the doctor doesn’t see it. If you read other reviews online, you will see numerous negative reviews towards Jules and it’s just not me. The doctors and nurses are so nice and professional but it’s the receptionist that is giving this place a bad name. I couldn’t get a sentence out without Jules having her over talk me or cut me off when I was talking. She was talking down to me and even laughing at me when I was trying to ask about my co-pay.
