I had a very frustrating experience. I provided documentation showing I had already received the Tdap vaccine in 2017 and 2021, but instead of checking immunity with a titer or explaining why another dose was necessary, I was told I had to get vaccinated again. I was exhausted after a long appointment and didn't feel like I had much choice, so I agreed. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO HERE -- Absolutely distasteful staff. The quality has declined of the years. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS FOR TWO MONTHS.. Now I had to file a complaint of the Office of Civil Rights soon followed by the BBB and possibly a lawsuit.. we will see what Tuesday offers.
I have been going to this office for YEARS. The doctors are exceptional and provide great service. It’s THEIR RECEPTIONIST JEWEL or however you spell it that brings down the entire care service provided by this office. She is absolutely rude and it is mind boggling how this woman still has her job. There are so many negative reviews about her in particular and she should not be answering ANY BUSINESSES PHONE! Doctor Unegbu has been my primary care physician for the last ten years, and he is by far the best doctor I have seen. However, I have decided to move on to a different facility for several reasons: 1. His available schedules are limited. 2. The nurse practitioner staff is very compassionate, but they may need a bit more training to clearly discuss patients' medical reports and health situations in Dr Unegbu's absence. 3. I had a disappointing experience with the front dest Jewel. Jewel #1 acted like she couldn’t understand my accent and was very unhelpful. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
