I have worked High Format (formerly Rosetta Hardscapes) for 20 years now and have been super impressed by the creativity and quality of every product. They have been quick to resolve any issues that may arise and Elliot has basically been an extension of our company! You lie and say the delivery will include setting the one step in a place, but when the guy comes to set it up, he says that the company lied and they only deliver it to the driveway and will not put it 10 feet to the left of the driveway in front of the porch. Buyer beware.
