The customer service was arrogant and unfriendly. The poor service is a major turn-off, and we will not be back. No matter how good the food is, rude staff will ruin the experience! We found this Italian bakery during exploring NYC and decided to try it as it was very crowded (on Sunday afternoon) and we thought it must be popular.
