Working for Rosetta was the biggest waste of the months I was employed there. Upper management does not Respect and Care Rosetta allowed employees to be continually late, take days off PTO with no time and never held their supervisors or employees accountable. My boss the regional manager is a two face and unprofessional. She stayed in her office day after day and never interacted or spoke with the employees.
