I would rate this boutique a zero if it were an option. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received on the phone. I went wedding dress shopping and found the dress I wanted although they did not have my size. The girl working was having trouble ordering my size without a manager present. She took my name and number to give me a call if/when she figured it out. In the meantime I looked up what places sold this dress. There were only 3 in the state of WV. Oh my gosh!!! Wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering! Three weeks go by after ordering, reached out via e-mail twice, no response! Finally call to inquire and the dress isn’t available!! No communication, no e-mail, no text to let me know! How does a company stay in business with dismal and disrespectful customer service!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
If I could rate 0 I would. These are by far the rudest people ever. And they post payments to wrong accounts and try to say you didn't pay for your purchase. And then call and harass you and send harassing emails as well.
Beware!!!! Very poor customer service. Ordered two pairs of pants for Mediterranean Cruise. Waited 2 weeks for delivery. Kept one pair and wanted to return second pair. Requested a return label on 4/21 ASAP since I was leaving on 4/23. Received shipping label via email on 4/23 while traveling. I quickly sent an email asking for grace period on returns since we would be out of town over 2 weeks. Reply simply stated the return policy is 2 weeks. I called and spoke to Jess. Best dress shop I have been to yet and they have by far the best selection to choose from. They are all so helpful too and if you need anything altered, the lady that alters the dresses is very quick. I couldn't recommend this shop enough. I had a mishap with another dress shop with my first wedding dress and ended up coming here and found THE DRESS and they had it altered in a week. It was all done just in time. Thank you so much!
