They had really cute clothes and I had money to spend, but nobody greeted me or said a word to me. So I walked out the door...... and nobody said goodbye or come again either. (which I won't- I'm from Colorado) So much for Southern hospitality. I should have read ALL the other horrible reviews before going in.
They are so rude and are 0 help! They were rude to not only me but my family who was there to help me find a dress. I would NOT recommend buying from these ladies at all!
Have gone to RoseTree for years and spent thousands of dollars. Today went to look for veils and were treated TERRIBLE! The bridal associate came in and was trying to take the veils we had not tried on yet back, she moved our chairs and wouldn’t let us sit to watch the bride. Didn’t want to help us at all because we didn’t have an appointment even though there was not ONE other person in there.
