Came on my property uninvited, gave me a verbal estimate and I said no work untill I have written estimate and proof of insurance. He left to go write one up and bring me an insurance certificate. I paid every dollar he asked for. I could not even get an invoice. Don't do business with this guy. His workers are not to blame He is the fraudster. He's blocked my calls. Beware!
