When I called the clinic to book my mute & deaf Aunt for an appointment to see a Doctor, they are very accommodating and cheerful. And I thought that is very good. Then a day before my Aunt’s appointment the clinic called me and confirm the appointment they even mention the name of the Doctor she is seeing.
