Very disappointed, there were flowers delivered to my Nannas house yesterday after the passing of her partner, they flowers are well past their time, petals falling off on the day they were delivered. We rang the compony and they took no responsibility and said we would need the original sender to make the complaint… we don’t want to contact the original sender as that would be upsetting for them when they were trying to do a nice thing.
Lots of add on options, such as polaroid prints of your photos (which turned out very cute) or chocolates. The flowers were a little dull though and some were bruised, I'm not sure if they were as fresh as they could have been.
Roses only were acceptional in every way...flowers were divine
