The time and day in which you come matters. My first experience was wonderful, gel polish lasted 6 weeks and I got pampered with proper finishing touches. The second time, due to miscommunication the nail tech was double or even triple booked, lead to a very rushed Mani/pedi, on a busy Sunday afternoon. They have very lovely staff there, the services were exceptional! Best nail extentions I ever got, the shape is percet! I even got a massage and hot stones with my pedi as well

Hands down my favourite nail salon I have ever been to. I’ve had a few pedicures from here (deluxe is well worth it), and the attention to detail and making sure I am comfortable every step of the way is always present. Everyone is always so lovely. Look forward to coming back!

Not recommended — disappointed with hygiene and care I went in on Sunday and ended up with painful cuticle work that left one of my thumbs bleeding. The only response was to dab some alcohol on it, a few apologies and no proper care. Another finger was also over-filed, though not bleeding. Staff were friendly but unfortunately I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
