I have been a customer since they opened in 1980, and have tried all their dishes and specials. Their food is flavorful, and nicely spiced. The tomato sauce they make is absolutely wonderful. They make their own sauces and pizza dough, prepare their own meats, and have 4 wonderful homemade desserts. This summer they are featuring a cold fruit soup, a different one each week, try them, they are great for a hot summer day.
Rose's Italian Restaurant....Made to Order! – Rose's Italian Restaurant has been in the area for years... and they have wonderful food...chicken parm. is my very favorite...but then mostly everything on the menu... I really love, how can one not. With the wonderful old city receipe for their Pizzia and their made to order dinners. Rose's Italian Restaurant is East Greenbush's best kept secret. The food is very good and the service is very personal.
Great Italian Cooking – We loved it. I felt like I was home. The portions were the right size then price was fair. The staff was very warm. I can not wait to take my brother here for a great home cooked italian meal.
