Getting hearing aids is something you really don’t want to do, so we were apprehensive about the appointment.John quickly put us at ease. He explained everything in detail and made some recommendations. We ordered the hearing aids that day. They work great. I didn’t realize how much of my hearing I had lost! We are very pleased with them. So happy we picked Rose’s Hearing!
Both my sister and I recently obtained hearing aids from Rose’s Hearing in Taunton. What an enjoyable experience. Both John and Bradd, besides being knowledgeable and professional, were so easy to talk to and answered any questions we had. They clearly explained our hearing tests, their meaning and the appropriate aids for our specific needs. These are really nice people with a great business that fulfills needs for many of us experiencing hearing loss.
Wish I could give this place a 100 stars. John was beyond amazing with my mom. Very knowledgeable, caring, understanding and patient. He was wonderful explaining everything and was such a pleasure to work with. Having been to another company before, makes you really appreciate how wonderful this place is. Rose's Hearing is truly the best. I will recommend them to everyone. Even more important, my mom loves her new hearing aids.
